Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to capture essential details regarding clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and actionable interventions in collaboration with clients.
\n
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to coordinate treatment efforts ensuring comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments, developing safety plans as necessary to mitigate immediate concerns for clients.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and peer support groups designed to enhance participants’ coping skills and socio-emotional development.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
