Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks aimed at ensuring optimal mental health outcomes for your clients:

• Implement various therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques, and motivational interviewing, always aligned with client preferences and needs.

• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations and best practice standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Actively collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals within the clinic to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for your patients.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss treatment progress and strategize new interventions to enhance client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment pathways, and community resources, helping them navigate their journey toward recovery.

• Stay informed about the latest research and trends in mental health therapy, integrating new knowledge into your practice to continually improve service quality.

• Manage a full caseload of clients, ensuring treatment objectives are met within specified timelines while adhering to ethical and professional guidelines set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
