Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and gather vital information on their strengths and support systems.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, including one-on-one, family, and group modalities, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans with measurable goals, ensuring alignment with clients’ therapeutic needs and progress.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated and holistic client care.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and risk assessments, creating safety plans as necessary to support clients in times of immediate need.

• Maintain meticulous documentation regarding client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead psychoeducational classes and support group sessions that empower clients through shared experiences and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve engaging with adults and families facing various mental health challenges. Clients include individuals coping with grief, trauma, chronic mental health conditions, and those navigating end-of-life transitions. A key aspect of your role will be tailoring interventions to meet the specific cultural and emotional needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health or outpatient settings.

• Extensive knowledge and application of evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
