Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client’s needs.

• Implement treatment plans that align with clients' clinical goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans as necessary.

• Employ therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, or solution-focused therapy.

• Ensure coordinated care by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists.

• Provide crisis intervention services and develop risk assessment protocols to ensure client safety during emergencies.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation, adhering to all ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops aimed at supporting collective healing and interpersonal relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
