Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health conditions when necessary, utilizing evidence-based tools including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5).

• Create individualized treatment plans that address cultural diversity and the unique needs of each patient, collaborating closely with the patient and their support system.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust interventions as needed to optimize outcomes, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and treatment plans using digital systems that comply with regulatory standards and organizational procedures.

• Engage with referring clinicians and connect patients to appropriate community resources to enhance their treatment outcomes.

• Provide education and mentoring to interns and junior staff members, sharing your expertise and promoting a culture of continuous learning.

• Participate in clinical peer reviews and support team growth by engaging in chart audits and professional development initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice focuses on a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disturbances, tailoring your approach to address each patient’s unique experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Candidates must hold a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential, recognized by the State Board of Social Work Licensure.

• Proven ability to apply knowledge of human development stages and cultural contexts in the therapeutic process.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing respectful and ethical care to all patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
