Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide bi-weekly, evidence-based therapy sessions via a secure video platform, enabling clients to address emotional disorders effectively.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments, monitor functional improvements, and adjust treatment plans based on real-time data to improve client outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing consultation and support from the Therapy Leadership Team to maintain best practices and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily supports adolescents and adults who are navigating a range of emotional struggles, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma. By providing a therapeutic space that fosters trust and open communication, the LCSW plays a critical role in assisting clients in developing coping strategies and achieving their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
