This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while still engaging deeply with clients through virtual interactions. Flexibility in scheduling promotes a healthy work-life balance, adhering to regular office hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. Engage clients in discussions to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams to meet shared objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to client care.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings to assess the needs of clients and facilitate appropriate referrals, tailored to specific individual situations.

• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans, ensuring comprehensive support and access to necessary services.

• Maintain timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes to support accountability and transparency in care delivery.

• Assist with crisis intervention when required, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to de-escalate challenging situations.

• Participate in agency committees focused on improving service delivery and implementing quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing outcomes for our clients.

• Provide on-call coverage during assigned hours to address urgent client needs, demonstrating commitment to client welfare.

The role primarily serves adults and families in the Fresno, CA area, targeting those from diverse backgrounds, many of whom are part of medically underserved communities. Our methods emphasize cultural competence and sensitivity to honor the diverse experiences and traditions of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field, with an active LCSW license in California.

• Expertise in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a variety of mental health disorders, complemented by effective crisis management skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to facilitate clear interactions with clients and multidisciplinary team members.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple caseloads efficiently, ensuring focus on each client’s unique needs.

• Demonstrated understanding of age-related issues and the developmental needs of various populations served.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience. Additional incentives include a sign-on bonus, comprehensive health benefits encompassing dental and vision insurance, and a 401k plan with matching contributions.
