Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and other modalities tailored to each client's needs.

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records using our secure electronic health records (EHR) system.

• Collaborate effectively with a treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and positive client outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with research and emerging trends in mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
