Pyramid Behavioral Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our outpatient services team. This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to work remotely while playing a crucial role in providing mental health support to underserved populations. Work Environment\n

This position offers a full-time work schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, in a fully remote setting. Our clinical team utilizes telehealth systems, ensuring that you can provide high-quality therapy and support from the convenience of your own space while maintaining the flexibility needed for work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to establish their current emotional and psychological state, identifying strengths and areas for growth.

• Plan, coordinate, manage, and implement individualized support packages that empower clients to overcome personal difficulties and dependencies.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies both in-person and via phone, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Facilitate referrals to external community services and resources, guiding clients in accessing additional support systems essential for their recovery.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams, participating in case conferences and contributing valuable insights regarding clients' cases.

• Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients regularly, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide ongoing counseling and guidance during therapy sessions, equipping clients with tools and strategies for managing their mental health.

• Submit documentation to support legal processes when required, providing evidence during court cases as relevant.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
