Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health needs, identifying their strengths and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique therapeutic goals and interventions.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create coordinated treatment strategies that promote comprehensive care.

• Offer crisis intervention services and conduct risk assessments to ensure client safety, providing support and stability during challenging times.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions, support groups, and therapeutic workshops to enhance clients' understanding of mental health and wellness strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
