Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with a treatment team to ensure coordinated care and seamless communication regarding clients' progress and any adjustments necessary in their treatment plans.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psycho-education classes, and support groups designed to enhance community support and client interaction.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to ensure the wellbeing of clients facing acute challenges.

Qualifications\n
