Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Developing, implementing, and adjusting individualized treatment plans based on the assessment outcomes, integrating best practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Delivering psychotherapy services using various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.

• Maintaining detailed and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and facilitate comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Participating in regular case reviews and team meetings, sharing insights and fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement.

• Educating clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to ensure broad access to support.

• Staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health care to continuously improve your clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily be serving individuals dealing with substance use and mental health disorders within a detox environment. Your role will involve assisting clients in navigating their recovery journeys, offering therapeutic support designed to foster resilience and promote holistic healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Kansas.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy and mental health support.

• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-based therapeutic techniques and an ability to apply these methods effectively.
