Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a billing service that efficiently manages claims, maintains client accounts, and handles eligibility checks, alleviating administrative burdens to focus on quality client care.

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions, addressing a wide range of mental health issues and life challenges.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation for all client interactions, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Schedule and confirm ongoing appointments with clients, ensuring an organized and updated calendar.
\n
• Work effectively with various clinical presentations, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet specific client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses individuals and couples from diverse age groups and backgrounds, addressing a multitude of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology is required.

• Must hold a current LCSW license, permitting independent practice.

• Demonstrated professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and the ability to work autonomously.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills are essential for success in a busy practice.

• Availability to work full-time, with flexible hours including at least two evenings per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary range for this role is USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, complemented by a generous bonus structure. Benefits include:
