The remote nature of this role means you’ll utilize digital platforms to create engaging, effective, and personalized therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations independently to develop tailored treatment plans that meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation techniques.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychologists, primary care physicians, and various service providers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care and facilitate effective communication.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments and adjust treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring alignment with therapeutic goals.

• Administer and manage the adherence to psychotropic medications, addressing side effects and ensuring effective treatment implementation in accordance with medical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will include working with children, adolescents, and their families in a school setting. As a compassionate listener and problem solver, you engage with clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. By understanding their unique circumstances and developing trustful relationships, you will empower them to navigate their paths toward recovery and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current, unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Texas to practice independently.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working as an independently licensed therapist, particularly in school or community settings.
