Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of children and teenagers.

• Facilitate and participate in family and group therapy sessions, ensuring that all voices and perspectives are heard and validated.

• Collaborate effectively with the Department of Correction to coordinate treatment access and facilitate proper housing and discharge planning.

• Lead psychoeducational groups that inform clients about mental health issues, coping strategies, and opportunities for personal growth.

• Document and complete all required clinical reports and statistical data accurately and in a timely manner.
\n
• Engage in clinical supervision with your assigned Clinical Supervisor, contributing to ongoing professional development and quality assurance in service delivery.

• Conduct case conferences and multidisciplinary treatment planning meetings to coordinate care among all involved partners.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and follow-up care to ensure client safety and mental health stability.
\n
• Participate in mental health and medical rounds as assigned, ensuring that all client needs are met comprehensively.

• Supervise interns or student volunteers, if required, fostering their development in a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 122,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
