Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations of patients’ mental health needs and establish customized treatment plans addressing specific challenges.

• Complete required continuing education courses to uphold National Certified Counselor certification and remain informed of the latest developments in mental health practices.

• Conduct follow-up check-ins and assessments to ensure patient engagement and satisfaction with treatment.

• Support patients through therapeutic assessments to identify their needs and formulate actionable treatment strategies.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, when appropriate, to ensure optimal care delivery and patient experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Active State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
