This role operates primarily in a virtual environment, allowing you to connect with students, families, and school personnel remotely. Although much of your work will occur from home, you will have the opportunity to engage with local schools directly, fostering supportive environments for students experiencing mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a direct clinician within a school and community setting, working closely with clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders.

• Establish and nurture trusting relationships with clients and colleagues to foster a positive therapeutic environment.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess and evaluate client needs, orchestrating further assessments when necessary.

• Create and implement individualized care plans that address students' unique situations, ensuring access to a seamless continuum of care and facilitating communication among clients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Conduct therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to the specific needs of the client.

• Monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, adapting strategies as required to maximize effectiveness.

• Assist in crisis intervention, employing appropriate methods to support clients during critical moments.

• Maintain case documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and adherence to funder and organizational policies.

• Participate in routine team meetings and committees aimed at improving service delivery, addressing barriers faced by clients, and enhancing operational workflows.

• Provide on-call coverage as needed, contributing to a responsive support network for clients.
