Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, through individual and group therapy sessions conducted online and in community settings.

• Conduct thorough assessments, including brief, evidence-based screenings, to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement integrated care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies to assist clients in immediate distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Establish and maintain a positive rapport with clients, instilling trust and demonstrating respect for diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• Continuously monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to maximize effectiveness and address emerging challenges.

• Contribute to team meetings and collaborative care discussions, focusing on improving service delivery and achieving the team’s shared goals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
