Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Sierra Mental Care Center, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct clinical services to clients, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to their needs.

• Developing and implementing integrated care plans that coordinate services across various providers to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Conducting initial and ongoing assessments, utilizing evidence-based screening tools and approaches related to mental health diagnoses.

• Monitoring client progress throughout treatment, adjusting care plans proactively and conducting follow-up assessments as necessary.

• Engaging in crisis intervention to support clients facing acute psychosocial challenges, providing immediate assistance as required.

• Participating in team meetings and committees to discuss client cases, share insights, and contribute to the constant improvement of service delivery.

• Ensuring compliance with all ethical guidelines, maintaining confidentiality, and promoting safety within the therapeutic environment.

• Completing timely documentation and reporting tasks, utilizing electronic health record systems to maintain accurate client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with individuals facing serious mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and other mood disorders. Clients may come from a variety of backgrounds, emphasizing the importance of cultural competence and empathy in understanding their unique experiences and needs. Qualifications\n

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Valid New York State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience, ideally in a mental health or community-based setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual income of USD 70,000 – 85,000 based on experience and qualifications.
