Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based clinical assessments, diagnoses, and comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Foster trusting relationships with clients and families in a respectful manner, ensuring a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, addressing presenting issues effectively.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, participating in regular case reviews and strategy sessions to optimize client care.

• Implement integrated care plans while ensuring linkages to necessary support services, and maintaining consistent communication with families and external providers.

• Monitor client progress and evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention support as needed, ensuring timely and compassionate responses to urgent client needs.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach efforts to raise awareness of mental health services.

• Maintain clear and precise documentation in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will focus on working with clients from diverse backgrounds, often experiencing significant mental health challenges including major mental illness and severe emotional disorders. The individual will be expected to demonstrate sensitivity to the unique cultural and socioeconomic factors that influence each client’s experience, ensuring that care is equitable and accessible.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
