Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that outline specific therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Coordinate care by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as necessary, ensuring that safety and well-being are prioritized.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to encourage community connection and shared healing experiences.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, using electronic health record systems effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
