Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health challenges, capabilities, and resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, clearly articulating measurable goals and action steps tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and ancillary professionals to ensure a unified and coordinated approach to client care.

• Facilitate timely and effective crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and formulate safety plans as necessary.

Qualifications\n
