This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in managing your schedule while delivering critical services to clients in our detox center. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including addiction specialists, psychiatrists, and clinical counselors, all dedicated to ensuring high-quality care and successful outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake and psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ needs, establish rapport, and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Treatment Team to develop, present, and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and client feedback.

• Facilitate clinical case conferences, sharing insights and strategies with colleagues to optimize client care and outcomes.
\n
• Design and lead educational sessions focused on chemical dependency, enhancing clients' understanding of addiction and recovery processes.
\n
• Provide both individual and group counseling services that address specific barriers to recovery and promote lasting change.
\n
• Offer therapy services aimed at adolescents, significant others, families, and multi-family groups, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Manage case coordination, including resource identification and referrals, to ensure clients access necessary support and services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals in various stages of recovery from substance use disorders, ranging from those in initial stages of detoxification to those seeking long-term recovery strategies. Your expertise will be invaluable in guiding them towards healthier lifestyles through evidence-based practices and empathetic support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• At least two years of post-graduate experience in relevant supervised addiction treatment, demonstrating your competence in addressing complex addiction issues.
