Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, ensuring a holistic understanding of each individual.

• Provide individualized therapy to clients through one-on-one, family, or group sessions employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers to create and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans tailored to achieve specific therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and implement risk assessment and safety planning when necessary, ensuring the immediate well-being of clients in distress.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards in all record-keeping practices.

• Lead group therapy sessions and facilitate psychoeducational classes, providing clients and their families with essential tools and resources for mental health support.
