Work Environment\n

In this full-time position, you will primarily work remotely, providing flexibility while maintaining regular Monday through Friday daytime hours. Our outpatient clinic facilitates a collaborative atmosphere, offering clinical supervision and team support to enable you to flourish in your role. Regular virtual meetings and workshops ensure ongoing development and cohesion among team members, regardless of distance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the therapeutic needs of your assigned clients.

• Conduct assessments and counseling sessions with families and children meeting medical necessity criteria, utilizing DSM V diagnostic tools to create effective treatment plans.
\n
• Design and facilitate psycho-educational groups and classes, offerings that may include parenting workshops and mental health awareness sessions, to engage and empower clients.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely completion of all necessary case materials, including client assessments and necessary program forms.
\n
• Conduct thorough documentation for client sessions, including charting, reports, and statistical information, with a focus on compliance and quality assurance.
\n
• Meet or exceed contractual obligations by managing and billing a predetermined number of reimbursable hours for client services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
