Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical behavioral health services. Your role includes:

• Meeting with students and families to assess individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and the school’s objectives.

• Facilitating access to mental health resources and managing care transitions between physical and behavioral healthcare systems.

• Providing psychoeducation to students and their families, encouraging participation in wellness programs and preventive care initiatives.

• Collaborating in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive care approaches and coordinated interventions.
\n
• Managing and documenting clinical cases, ensuring accurate and timely updates within patient records, while also adhering to all regulatory compliance standards.

• Reporting any crisis or unusual incidents promptly to the Medical Director, and ensuring immediate communication about psychiatric or medical emergencies to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO).

• Using evidence-based screening tools to assess individual healthcare needs and monitor progress effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve students who may be experiencing emotional, social, or behavioral challenges impacting their academic performance and overall health. Your work will focus on fostering an inclusive environment where all students feel supported. You will also work with patients struggling with Opioid Use Disorder in collaboration with our Center of Excellence Team, aiming to provide comprehensive care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in social work from an accredited program, with an active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical social work, with a strong background in mental health support services.

• The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team and engage effectively with students, families, and stakeholders.

• Skills in crisis intervention, family therapy, and treatment planning, combined with a genuine passion for promoting mental health awareness.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates who have experience working in school settings or healthcare environments—including primary and specialty care—are highly desired.
