Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health, applying appropriate diagnostic tools such as the DSM-5 to inform treatment decisions and create a personalized plan of care.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment interventions as necessary to facilitate effective mental health support.

• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and other required clinical information accurately and on time, utilizing current electronic health record systems in line with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment strategies that align with individual goals and cultural contexts.

• Create and implement therapeutic interventions that promote safety, manage symptoms, and enhance the overall mental well-being of patients.

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with referral sources and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care coordination.

• Participate in peer reviews, clinical consultations, and quality assurance activities as determined by the clinical leadership team.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
