Work Environment\n

This role is a remote position, allowing you to conduct sessions in a climate-controlled and comfortable home environment. You will have the flexibility of a full-time schedule, typically encompassing 40 hours per week, while maintaining interactions with a diverse range of healthcare professionals via our integrated communication systems. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations with patients to diagnose mental health conditions, utilizing standard tools such as the DSM-5 to inform treatment planning.

• Create individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique cultural backgrounds, preferences, and needs of each patient, ensuring a person-centered approach.

• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adapting interventions and strategies as needed to facilitate optimal mental health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in technology use.

• Collaborate effectively with patients and their families to develop comprehensive care plans focused on achieving defined health goals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
