Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients’ mental health statuses utilizing appropriate tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to create individualized and culturally sensitive treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to establish measurable outcomes, continuously monitoring patient progress and providing tailored interventions directed at symptom reduction and patient safety.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to regulatory standards, including treatment records and progress notes, using modern electronic health record systems.

• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals in developing comprehensive treatment plans that align with patients’ goals and support their needs.

• Coordinate referral options to connect patients with additional services and resources, effectively serving as the primary point of communication between patients and their treatment networks.

• Engage in educational roles by mentoring interns and trainees, and participating in peer review processes, enhancing the professional growth of the clinical team.
