Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to students experiencing major mental health issues or significant emotional disturbances through assessments, therapy sessions, and crisis intervention.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings to identify mental health needs and collaborate on integrating care plans that align with individual student goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions remotely, ensuring that treatment interventions are tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Document client progress and maintain compliance with organizational ethical guidelines and professional standards, including timely and accurate record-keeping.

• Participate in school meetings and committees to collaborate on overall student health initiatives and contribute towards developing a comprehensive mental health program.

• Monitor and review clients’ responses to treatment and adjust care plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.

• Coordinate with educators, caregivers, and community resources to extend support services and ensure a holistic approach to each student's well-being.

• Provide on-call support during school hours for crisis interventions and immediate mental health needs as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students from diverse backgrounds who may face mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma-related issues. This role demands cultural competence and the capacity to engage with clients in a manner that respects their unique backgrounds, traditions, and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; a Master's degree (MSW) and valid LCSW licensure are preferred.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is essential, preferably within educational or community mental health settings.

• Strong understanding of mental health interventions, crisis management techniques, and evidence-based practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish rapport and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to salaries, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and continuing education.
