Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, thereby identifying tailored support mechanisms.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that outline client-centered goals and specific therapeutic interventions.

• Work collaboratively with school staff, including teachers and administration, to develop integrated support strategies and ensure ongoing communication regarding students’ progress.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops, focusing on skill-building for students dealing with anxiety, stress management, and social skills development.

• Perform risk assessments and safety planning, particularly in crisis situations, to ensure the safety of students and provide immediate intervention when necessary.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress timely and comprehensively, adhering to ethical and legal standards for confidentiality and professional responsibility.

• Engage in continuous collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals within the clinic to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
