Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to a caseload of students exhibiting symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disturbances, conducting assessments and individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with school staff and families to cultivate a holistic understanding of student needs, encompassing academic, emotional, and social dimensions.

• Implement evidence-based interventions to support clients in their journey towards recovery and empowerment, creating personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Conduct developmentally appropriate screenings and arrange for comprehensive evaluations when necessary, ensuring accurate diagnoses and appropriate treatment pathways.

• Actively participate in clinical team meetings and case reviews to discuss complex cases, sharing insights and advice with colleagues to enhance treatment approaches.

• Maintain adherence to ethical standards and organizational policies, managing documentation with precision and ensuring timely completion of required reports and data submissions.

• Engage in on-call duties as assigned, providing crisis intervention and support as needed to address emergency situations that may arise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents in the Spokane area, many of whom are experiencing significant challenges that affect their mental well-being. Compensation and Benefits\n

The expected salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, reflecting the value of your skills and experience.
