Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students’ mental health and identify strengths and resource needs.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy using established evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that align with each student’s unique goals and therapeutic needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including educators, psychologists, and healthcare providers, to deliver coordinated and holistic care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psycho-educational workshops, and support groups designed to empower students and improve their coping skills.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning for students in need of immediate support or risk management.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation consistent with ethical and legal standards to promote accountability and transparency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on adolescents, addressing a variety of mental health concerns including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, and trauma. You will engage with a diverse student population, collaborating closely with school personnel and families to ensure a supportive and responsive mental health system.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably with adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n
