Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at FearFree Healthcare Solutions, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health, strengths, and challenges, ensuring each assessment is tailored to their unique context.

• Implementing and facilitating evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), in both individual and group settings.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, teachers, school counselors, and other healthcare professionals to create and ensure the delivery of a coordinated treatment plan.

• Educating students and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and available resources, fostering a better understanding and engagement in their care.

• Developing and maintaining individualized treatment plans that align with the goals and preferences of students and their families, adjusting as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Advocating for the rights of your patients within the educational system and the broader mental health framework, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

• Facilitating psychoeducation sessions and therapeutic groups aimed at tackling essential skills such as coping mechanisms, emotional regulation, and social interaction.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:
