Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Forging Paths Counseling, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the social, emotional, and psychological needs of your clients, helping develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with students, parents, and educators.

• Implement effective crisis intervention strategies to stabilize and support students experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions, fostering open communication and collaboration to fortify familial support systems around the student.

• Participate in research initiatives and contribute thoughtfully to the development of innovative treatment strategies that enhance the mental health resources available within schools.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and adhere strictly to all confidentiality and documentation standards, promoting a trust-based relationship with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, qualifying you as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
