Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, identifying individual strengths and challenges that inform care planning.

• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to best suit each client's unique context.

• Develop thorough treatment plans that clearly outline goals, interventions, and appropriate progress tracking, ensuring all strategies are culturally relevant and evidence-based.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals, to ensure cohesive care and comprehensive treatment approaches for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and create safety plans to address acute mental health concerns effectively.

• Advocate for clients' rights and connect them with necessary community resources while providing ongoing case management support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
