Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide counseling and crisis intervention for patients, including comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for emotional and behavioral issues.

• Coordinate treatment processes by consulting with families and support systems, ensuring that everyone involved is aligned on goals and discharge planning.

• Regularly communicate with physicians and other professionals about patient progress, addressing any concerns and adapting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Maintain precise documentation within our electronic medical records system, including clinical assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to departmental policies and requirements.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to design and implement individualized treatment plans based on psychosocial assessments and accepted social work practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents grappling with the effects of trauma, abuse, and related behavioral disturbances. This role requires sensitivity and understanding, where you'll address issues stemming from both emotional and developmental challenges, ultimately working towards empowering these individuals and their families in their journey toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active LCSW license within the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience working in an outpatient setting, with a strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health challenges.

• Excellent organizational skills, capable of working independently and demonstrating self-direction in all tasks.

• Proficient in using technology, including MS Office suite and electronic medical records systems, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and timely.

Compensation and Benefits\n
