This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide mental health counseling in a remote, telehealth setting. Work Environment\n

This role provides the flexibility of a remote telehealth work setting, allowing you to deliver essential services from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The position operates with a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8 AM to 5 PM, fostering an environment of synchronization and collaboration among team members across different locations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental health disorders and severe emotional distress, utilizing teletherapy modalities.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve common goals, actively participating in team meetings and case discussions.

• Cultivate respect and understanding when engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care.

• Nurture relationships with external organizations and resources to enhance service delivery and integration for clients.

• Maintain adherence to ethical guidelines and the code of conduct of Heal Street Wellness Center, ensuring the trust and safety of all clients.

• Work on personal skill development and team performance improvement initiatives, focusing on best practices in empowering clients.

• Identify and mitigate unsafe situations, employing proper reporting and intervention procedures to maintain client safety.
\n
• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings with the potential to coordinate more extensive assessments based on individual client needs.
\n
• Develop and implement integrated care plans, facilitating effective communication among clients, family members, and an array of service providers.
\n
• Offer various prevention, treatment, and recovery services, ensuring flexibility to meet the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Participate actively in crisis interventions, responding promptly and effectively to emergencies.
\n
• Manage a diverse caseload, conducting assessments as well as individual, group, and family therapy sessions per best practices.
\n
• Ensure continued assessment and monitoring of client's progress, admission timelines, and discharge criteria.
\n
• Complete necessary documentation and data reporting in a timely manner to maintain compliance with organizational policies.
\n
• Be available for on-call duty as needed outside regular program hours to support clients in crisis.
\n
• Contribute to agency quality improvement committees aimed at enhancing service delivery standards and client satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily serve clients facing complex mental health challenges, including those with major mental illnesses and emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.

• Must hold a valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a similar role, preferably in mental health counseling, is preferred.

• Strong expertise in clinical practices related to assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for varied mental health populations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for establishing rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

• Understanding of age-related or specialty issues serving various populations and developmental needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
