Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans to address their unique challenges.

• Utilize behavior management strategies to monitor and guide client behaviors effectively, ensuring positive outcomes and compliance with clinical interventions.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with multidisciplinary teams, participating in case conferences and strategy meetings to provide well-rounded care.

• Provide individual counseling and/or psychotherapy using advanced therapeutic modalities to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, ensuring that all clinical records are properly detailed and updated in the electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Offer guidance and support to families by equipping them with tools and skills required for fostering their child's development, enhancing both parenting and familial relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work closely with a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds will help create an inclusive, trusting atmosphere where clients feel safe to share and heal.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• A valid LCSW license issued in the state of California.
\n
• At least three years of professional experience providing clinical services in a mental health setting.

• Proficiency in computer operations, including familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Word, along with the ability to navigate electronic health record systems efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with third-wave therapy approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
