Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Pathway Counseling Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for patients experiencing a range of mental health and substance use issues, ensuring accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment planning.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions, including therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient information.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychological professionals, and nursing staff to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer reviews to continuously refine treatment approaches and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
