Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Evolve Social Work Center, you will be responsible for:

• Providing comprehensive psychotherapy to individuals facing mental health challenges associated with substance abuse.

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored treatment plans using evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Administering therapeutic interventions that are specifically designed to aid in the recovery from substance use disorders.
\n
• Maintaining accurate, confidential, and compliant clinical records to uphold the highest standards of practice.

• Collaborating closely with the treatment team, including physicians and fellow therapists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for patients.

• Educating patients and their families on available mental health resources and treatment options.
\n
• Remaining current with the latest research and integrating new findings into your practice to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this position, you will need:
