Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to assist clients in navigating their mental health challenges using established therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, monitoring their progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, assessing the urgency of clients' needs and ensuring swift referrals to appropriate resources and support systems.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and patient files adhering to HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications\n
