Thrive Mind Family Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is primarily remote and involves working within a hospice center setting to support the developmental needs of children, especially those facing challenges during their early years. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children enrolled in early intervention programs.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
\n
• Monitor and assess child development outcomes, working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
\n
• Provide family-centered support aimed at nurturing child development across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, maintaining the highest standards for patient care.
\n
• Engage with families to develop personalized strategies that incorporate evidence-based practices and respect the natural learning environment.

• Utilize coaching models to guide families effectively in administering developmental interventions.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and ensure timely reporting of outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on young children, particularly infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) through the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license is necessary for travel as needed.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
