Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations to gather essential information about clients' backgrounds, enabling the development of targeted care plans.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Drug Rehabilitation Program (CDRP) treatment team to devise, present, and refine treatment plans, ensuring they meet the dynamic needs of clients.

• Participate actively in clinical case conferences, sharing insights and strategies that enhance the collective understanding of individual cases.
\n
• Lead educational workshops centered on chemical dependency issues, providing valuable information and resources to clients and their families.
\n
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions focused on chemical dependency, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote understanding and recovery.
\n
• Provide targeted therapy for adolescents, significant others, families, and multi-family groups, tailored to address complex relational dynamics.
\n
• Offer comprehensive case management services, acting as a resource coordinator to facilitate access to necessary support systems and community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on adolescents and their families, aiming to address mental health challenges, substance use issues, and emotional traumas. You will work closely with school personnel and community stakeholders to foster a safe and supportive environment for students, equipping them with the tools and techniques needed for their emotional and behavioral development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is essential to qualify for this position.

• Current Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
