Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, including individual, group, and family therapy.

• Participate as an active team member, collaboratively contributing to the advancement of team goals and objectives.

• Build positive rapport and trust with clients through open communication, demonstrating empathy, and maintaining professionalism.

• Conduct developmentally appropriate screenings and assessments to identify clients’ needs, followed by the creation and implementation of tailored care plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and ensure that clients have access to necessary linked services.

• Assist in crisis intervention efforts when required, providing immediate support to clients in need.

• Monitor client progress and ensure timely completion of all case documentation, reports, and data submissions.

• Maintain adherence to all ethical guidelines and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

• Participate in committees focused on improving service delivery and enhancing overall program quality.

Mind Protect Psychological Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
