Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessmenst and develop individualized treatment plans for assigned clients, addressing issues related to major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services that include individual, group, and family therapy sessions while ensuring a patient-focused approach at all times.

• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients and their families, respecting diversity in traditions, beliefs, and interpersonal dynamics.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery, participate in case review meetings, and contribute to the collective treatment planning for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
