Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Compassion Mind Counseling Solutions, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, tailoring treatment plans using best practices and solution-focused interventions based on individual client needs.

• Provide a wide range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities, maintaining adaptability based on client preferences.

• Document clinical notes accurately and timely while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other pertinent standards.
