Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health status using the latest edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to create individualized care plans.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to support strategic interventions that facilitate improved patient outcomes and track their mental health progress effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment records, reports, and other necessary paperwork, adhering to regulatory compliance and departmental procedures.

• Collaborate with patients and their family members to develop comprehensive treatment plans highlighting individual needs and preferences, anticipated outcomes, and needs for cultural sensitivity or special requirements.

• Engage in continual assessment of patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to ensure safety and improvement of mental health symptoms.

• Coordinate referrals to appropriate healthcare providers, creating a seamless link between patients and treatment services.

• Mentor and provide guidance to students, interns, and other health professionals within the clinic, fostering a learning environment.

Qualifications\n
