Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans designed to facilitate positive therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and counseling services in compliance with mental health best practices.

• Ensure timely and courteous intake evaluations for new patients, establishing strong therapeutic alliances from the onset of their treatment journey.

• Coordinate and implement behavioral health services while being knowledgeable about current trends and regulations in local, state, and federal behavioral healthcare programs.

• Screen patients for substance use issues, referring those at risk for substance abuse to appropriate treatment resources.

• Manage appropriate referrals for clients requiring more intensive inpatient intervention or specialty care beyond the scope of the center.

• Maintain adherence to the established mental health policies, ethical standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and quality care.
