Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children, enabling accurate diagnosis and appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) that are tailored to each child's unique needs and goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor and document outcomes, ensuring that each child's progress is tracked and communicated effectively.

• Provide direct support to families in enhancing their children's development, including guidance on evidence-based strategies and best practices.

• Foster strong rapport with children and families, creating a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages open communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus primarily on the youngest members of our communities—babies and toddlers who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. By working collaboratively with families, you will help these children acquire essential skills across multiple domains such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication, particularly during the critical early years of development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary to meet families in their natural environments.

• A one-year minimum experience working with children in early intervention settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
